Dan Rehal

DANIEL J. REHAL
President

Dan founded Vision2Voice in 2008 to continue his passion of connecting the brightest healthcare professionals with the best resources for improving patient care. Dan understands the pharmaceutical industry from the ground up. He earned his BS and MBA from the University of Iowa, studying pharmacy, chemistry, and business. By ascending the ranks at Merck after college to assuming global responsibilities at Takeda, Dan has significant experience in both marketing and sales roles supporting a multitude of pharmaceutical brands as an award-winning sales representative, training manager, sales leader, senior product manager/director, and commercial leader. His experience has given Dan the strategic insight and practical know-how to help solve the challenges facing medical communications today. He has shared his expertise in many forums including national cross-company lectures, training circuits, and published articles in Pharmaceutical Executive 

Howard joined Vision2Voice in 2014 with experience in a variety of senior sales, marketing, and executive positions in the pharmaceutical industry. His decades of extensive experience include positions at Stuart Pharmaceuticals (now AstraZeneca), The American College of Surgeons, and Buckley Dement, a healthcare direct marketing and fulfillment company. Howard served as a senior vice president and corporate officer at Professional Detailing, Inc. (PDI) and president of PDI’s Pharmakon Division based in Schaumburg, IL. During his 14-year tenure at Pharmakon, he helped build the organization into a top peer-interactive communications agency. Prior to joining Vision2Voice, Howard was president of a specialty digital production company that executed satellite and web broadcasts within the biopharmaceutical industry.

LISA DOUGHERTY
Vice President, Client Services

Lisa leads the Vision2Voice Client Services team developing strong, lasting, and strategic partnerships with our clients, supporting them in their mission to transform patient lives. She is a healthcare industry veteran with more than 35 years of agency experience in medical communications. Throughout her career, Lisa has planned and executed product launch and post-launch activities in almost every therapeutic category for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. Prior to assuming her current position, Lisa served a diverse range of roles, including account management, production, media planning, strategy, marketing, live and virtual event planning, and speakers bureau management 

Kristin has a 35-year professional history in healthcare marketing, communications, and content development. Prior to joining Vision2Voice, Kristin led the Life Sciences practice for an integrated marketing communications consultancy, working with an array of pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare IT clients. She spent several years at Searle (now Pfizer) supporting the global launch of blockbuster drugs, R&D pipeline initiatives and corporate communications. Kristin currently helps to lead business development and account growth in her role at Vision2Voice.

Michelle Haag

MICHELLE HAAG
Senior Director, Technology Infrastructure

Michelle heads the Vision2Voice Technology Infrastructure team supporting client innovation, software design and development, video production and design services, IT help desk support, and marketing initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, design, business strategy, technology, and innovation, Michelle’s unique skillset bridges the gap between technology and creativity. For over a decade, broadcast television was her focus at the Hearst Corporation where she honed her award-winning skills in promotion, digital design, video production, and motion graphics for national corporate projects and two stations including the #1 U.S. ABC affiliate. 

Jolie brings a blend of account management, sales and marketing communications expertise focused on the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Vision2Voice, she enjoyed a successful career with Eli Lilly and Company driving sales in strategic accounts and developing relationships with key opinion leaders to help create and promote targeted speaker training programs across the country. Jolie has also worked for healthcare marketing and communications agencies, partnering with cross functional teams to meet client-specific needs and ensure timely project progression and execution.

GAIL BROOKS, CMP
Program Director, Client Services

Gail joined Vision2Voice with over 35 years of experience planning meetings and events in the nonprofit industry. She currently plays a pivotal role on the Client Services team collaborating with healthcare clients to coordinate speaker’s bureaus, plan advisory board meetings, and execute other peer-to-peer programs. No detail is overlooked in the management of event logistics, as Gail seeks to make every experience memorable and impactful with an eye to delivering the highest value for each program. 

Sue brings numerous years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to Vision2Voice, working across many different disease states. With her past roles in the field as a Sales Representative and District Sales Manager, combined with her Marketing Manager positions, Sue understands what is important to address the unique needs of each team member within a client organization. Her specialties include brand promotion, product selling strategies, program management, and building client relationships.
